These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyDigiBiz website at mydigibiz.com and our products, including the WhatsApp Web Tool (wa.mydigibiz.com) and DigiBiz Cards (card.mydigibiz.com), together the "Services". By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
01 Who we are
The Services are operated by Desk Bees ("MyDigiBiz", "we", "us", "our"). You can reach us any time at info@mydigibiz.com.
02 Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.
- You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
03 Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, to distribute unlawful, misleading, or harmful content, to infringe anyone's rights, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
04 The products
- WhatsApp Web Tool — marketing and automation tools that work with your existing WhatsApp number, including campaigns, status scheduling, auto-responders, a storefront and developer APIs.
- DigiBiz Cards — digital business cards with templates, lead capture, sharing, analytics, appointment booking and more.
We are continually improving the Services and may add, change, or remove features from time to time.
05 Plans, billing & refunds
- Some features are free; others require a paid subscription. Pricing and inclusions are shown on the relevant product page.
- Paid plans renew for the period you select unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
06 Your content
You retain ownership of the content, contacts, and business information you add to the Services. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate and provide the Services to you.
07 Intellectual property
The MyDigiBiz name, logo, software, and design are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without prior written permission.
08 Service availability
We work hard to keep the Services running smoothly but provide them on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.
09 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDigiBiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months before the claim.
10 Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that could cause harm to us or others.
11 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
